404 error after transvhosts.pl in Plesk 8.2

my OS is centos 5.0
My software is Plesk 8.2.
my default path in /var/www/vhost past,but the /var only 8G space.
my /home have 83G space.
I mkdir /home/httpd/vhosts.
/usr/local/psa/bin/transvhosts.pl --dest-dir /home/httpd/vhosts --correct-scripts
it is ok
but I visit my website,
I get 404 error in browser.I can't visit my webiste.
why have this error? how fix the error?

|Have a check of the document root specified in the /home/httpd/vhosts/domain.com/conf

I have check the file /home/httpd/vhosts/domain.com/conf/httpd.include
it is look well.
but when I run /usr/sbin/apachectl restart,I get these information:
[root@localhost log]# /usr/sbin/apachectl restart
apachectl: Configuration syntax error, will not run "restart":
