Joomla error

Hello, I am facing strange issue. By creating joomla on any folder by cpanel after some hour its gives error as "Fatal error: Cannot redeclare" every time its gives me same "Fatal error: Cannot redeclare" however for diffrent fuctions however the matter is same as (previously declared in /home/xxx/public_html/joomla123ad/configuration.php(1) : eval()'d code:1) in /home/zzz/public_html/joomla123ad/libraries/joomla/config.php(1) : eval()'d code on line 1 Please Advise.

have you tried running, /scripts/upcp --force

The Joomla forum contends that the file you're getting the warning for has no evaluated code, and suggests it may have been hacked. Check this thread: http://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.ph...450403&start=0

hi, It looks like you are hacked. Its better to have site restored from a previous working backup. Hope you have one.

It has nothing to do about server issues (so you don't need to run upcp command like one guru has said) and this error is related to Joomla script only. You may want to restore your site from backup (if you have it) and update Joomla to the latest version.
