C/Panel / HORDE / Blacklist function

|My client using www.companyname.com with email
email@example.com sends an email to
firstname.lastname@example.org but this last address never receives the
email from email@example.com
I thought it might be because he accidentally pressed the BLACKLIST link in
the HORDE WEBMAIL software when reading and replying his email.
Unfortunately I cannot see how to check who is in the blacklist from the

firstname.lastname@example.org to email@example.com is working ok.
Anyone has an idea of what can happen?

|ssh in and tail -f /var/log/exim_mainlog and watch what happens when you send a message to that address.
