They are junking it. Here are a few things to help: 1 - Make sure rDNS is setup 2 - Make sure SPF is setup 3 - Sign up for a Hotmail Feedback Loop - https://support.msn.com/eform.aspx?p...eformts&scrx=1 4 - Open a ticket with them asking why your IP is not under a clean reputation 5 - Make sure your IP is clean: www.mxtoolbox.com

Ip might be block, if ip block than it should return you any error, BTW fill and send this form https://support.live.com/eform.aspx?...bl3&ct=eformts

Hotmail prefers to blackhole inbound messages instead of sending an error - probably to limit back scatters. However, that's what makes Hotmail more mysterious when troubleshooting.

I can't pass the send button in the hotmail link you sent me. In mxtoolbox IP are clear, no blacklists. SPF in the SPF search TXT found: v=spf1 +a +mx -all In the SMTP test I see this. But I called mi dedicated server and they recorded the reverse DNS correctly... SMTP Reverse DNS Mismatch Warning - Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner Thanks for the support.

Make sure that the hostname of your RDNS is the same as what your email software is announcing. If my server name is 123.acme.com, then my RNS should be 123.acme.com and my SMTP announce should be 123.acme.com Once you fix that, Hotmail will probably let your messages in.

Form the logs, your emails are reaching to hotmail server but it seems that they are blocking the emails from your IP address. You may need to contact hotmail support to find why it is blocked.
